We try to keep this short. The site collects almost no data and stores even less.

What this site sees

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) and retains them for a short window for debugging and abuse prevention. We don’t sell, share, or analyse those logs.

Cookies

We don’t set any cookies. Two things are saved in your browser’s local storage so the site behaves the way you left it: whether you switched the music on, and anything you put in the shop basket. Both stay on your device and are never sent to us.

Contact form

The form on the Contact page doesn’t send your message to a KÕHANA server. When you click Send, your own email client opens with the message pre-filled, and you decide whether to send it. Anything you type stays on your device until you press send in your mail client.

Booking and external links

Booking requests work the same way as the contact form: your own email client opens with the request pre-filled, and nothing leaves your device until you press send. Where the site links out (for example to Instagram), those services have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• correct it
• have it deleted
• restrict how it is processed

Since the site itself stores nothing about you, the practical target is the access logs at our hosting provider. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@kohana.earth.
